About the method
The Critical Opportunity Method was created by Diane Dye Hansen during her Master of Communication Management practicum at the University of Southern California. After being laid off four months into her Master’s program, she relaunched her consulting firm and committed to what her graduate mentor called her life’s work: developing the method fully so others could find the opportunities buried deep within their challenges. As a management consultant, she teaches her clients to think differently and innovate using challenges as a springboard to success.
